SCOPE
To design and construct mechanical ventilation to a staged rebuild of a building being split in half into two separate business tenancies.
PROJECT
TBS Air & Energy Solutions were awarded the contract to supply and install all mechanical ventilation for this new dual tenancy staged re-build. The works consisted of 12 VRF cassette air conditioning units complete with fresh air to be installed (6 per tenancy) plus the extraction/ventilation for the amenities.
CHALLENGES
Due to Barbeques Galore still occupying and trading the entire time of the build and installation, the project was completed in 2 stages. This made space, noise and completion dates crucial. We are proud to have delivered the project ahead of projected deadlines, while working around business operating hours to limit noise and disruption to the business operations and their customers had no time loss or incidents.
